EN

The launch of goods and services in markets of many countries requires the satisfaction of safety-related factors. This applies in particular to the safety of products used for various purposes. Individual countries develop requirements which must be met by the manufacturer or the service supplier, importer or the distributor. Some international organisations, such as the European Union, are developing a common legal framework for the safety of users as well as the free movement of people, goods and services. The aforesaid framework includes, among others, a set of essential safety requirements that must be satisfied by the manufacturer before launching products in the market. Having met the aforesaid conditions, the manufacturer can mark the product with the CE mark and issue a related declaration of conformity. After the UK left the European Union, the UK government has implemented measures aimed to support companies marketing their goods. This system requires conformity assessment based on British regulations and, inter alia, apply the UKCA (United Kingdom Conformity Assessed) marking on products launched on the market. For safety-related reasons, the personnel and the procedures concerning the making of permanent joints in pressure equipment to be used in the British market must be qualified by a British approved body.

Wprowadzenie towarów i usług na rynki wielu państw wymaga spełnienia czynników związanych z ich bezpieczeństwem. W szczególności dotyczy to bezpieczeństwa wyrobów użytkowanych w rozmaitych celach. Poszczególne kraje opracowują wymagania, które musi spełnić wytwórca lub usługodawca, importer lub dystrybutor. Niektóre organizacje międzynarodowe, takie jak Unia Europejska dla potrzeb swobody przepływu osób, towarów i usług opracowują wspólne ramy prawne dotyczące bezpieczeństwa użytkowników. Zawierają one m.in. zestaw zasadniczych wymagań bezpieczeństwa, który musi spełnić wytwórca przed wprowadzeniem wyrobów na rynek. Po spełnieniu tychże warunków wytwórca może oznakować wyrób znakiem CE i wydać dla niego deklarację zgodności. Po opuszczeniu Unii Europejskiej przez Wielką Brytanię rząd tego kraju wprowadził środki mające na celu wspieranie przedsiębiorstw wprowadzających swoje towary na tamtejszy rynek. System ten wymaga oceny zgodności na podstawie regulacji brytyjskich oraz m.in. nanoszenia oznakowania UKCA (United Kingdom Conformity Assessed, Ocena zgodności dla Wielkiej Brytanii) na wprowadzanych na rynek wyrobach. Dla zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa, personel zaangażowany i procedury wykorzystywane w połączeniach nierozłącznych urządzeń ciśnieniowych na rynek brytyjski muszą być zakwalifikowane przez brytyjską jednostkę wyznaczoną.
