Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie problematyki budowania odpornych na zakłócenia relacji z dostawcami, a także wskazanie dobrych praktyk w tym zakresie w odniesieniu do współpracy pomiędzy przedsiębiorstwem produkcyjnym a dostawcami pierwszego szczebla. Artykuł rekomenduje trzy kluczowe kierunki zmniejszania podatności relacji z dostawcami na ryzyko i niepewność, których źródłem jest łańcuch dostaw oraz jego otoczenie zewnętrzne. Pierwszym kierunkiem jest kształtowanie elastycznych zakupów. Kolejny polega na kształtowaniu adaptacyjnego procesu zakupów. Ostatni natomiast zaleca doskonalenie elastyczności systemów produkcyjnych dostawców w ramach programów ich rozwoju. Artykuł jest przeznaczony zarówno dla praktyków gospodarczych, jak i świata nauki.

The aim of this article is to present an issue of building supplier relationship resilience and to indicate good practices in this area with regard to cooperation between the production company and first tier suppliers. The paper recommends three key directions of reducing the purchasing vulnerability to the risk and uncertainty coming from the supply chain and its external environment. The first direction is building a flexible sourcing. The next one is developing an adaptive sourcing. The last direction advises managers to improve flexibility of suppliers' production systems under the development programs. This article is intended both for business practitioners and academics.
