The peculiarities of module production of automobile companies are lighted. Research on the role of innovations in automotive development has been carried out. An algorithm of decision making for optimizing logistics costs is presented. The hierarchy of needs in the area of spare parts maintenance is presented. The benefits of partnership relations in the automotive industry are outlined.
