V Rossii realizovano (ili v processe realizacii) neskol’ko ob’ektov s ispol’zovaniem bazovyh komponentov passivnogo doma v Moskve i Moskovskoj oblasti, Ekaterinburge, Niznem Novgorode i Sankt-Peterburge. Pilotnye proekty otnosatsa k zdaniam s nizkim potrebleniem teplovoj energii na otoplenie. Dla dostizenia kriteriev standarta passivnogo doma pri proektirovanii neobhodimo kacestvenno vypolnit’ 5 osnovnyh trebovanij, a imenno: horosaa teploizolacia, otsutstvie teplovyh mostov v orgazdauscih konstrukciah, effektivnye okna, sertificirovannye dla passivnogo doma, germeticnaa vnutrennaa obolocka, mehaniceskaa sistema ventilacii s vysokoeffektivnoj rekuperaciej tepla. V nastoascij moment suscestvuet rad metodik dla kontrola za kacestvom stroitel’stva: teplovizionnoe obsledovanie, test BlowerDoor. Odnoj iz osnovnyh zadac i problemnyh voprosov avlaetsa snizenie stoimosti stroitel’stva takih zdanij v Rossii do urovna standartnyh zdanij.

There are realized a few projects using basic components of passive house in Russia: Moscow region, Yekaterinburg, Nizhny Novgorod and St. Petersburg. Pilot projects have low and ultra-low energy consumption for space heating. Energy efficient buildings and passive houses should the following have main features: good insulation, no thermal bridges, effective windows, certified for passive house; internal building envelope; mechanical ventilation system with highly efficient heat recovery coefficient. It also requires quality control of construction: heat monitoring with thermal imager and BlowerDoor test. One of the main purposes and problematic questions is reducing the cost of construction of buildings in Russia to the level of standard buildings.
