Obecnie w Moskwie na dużą skalę rozpowszechniona jest budowa nowego rodzaju nieruchomości – apartamentów. Rosnąca ilość budów jest związana z ekonomicznymi i socjalnymi procesami, które mają miejsce w kraju. Deweloperzy i potencjalni nabywcy nieruchomości powinni znać niektóre obowiązujace przepisy prawne, normy dotyczące projektowania, dane statystyczne dotyczące popytu, oferty oraz perspektywiczne lokalizacje dla danego rodzaju nieruchomości. Gwarantować to będzie korzystne ulokowanie posiadanego kapitału w budowę i zakup apartamentowców.

At present, the construction of a new type of real estate – apartments – is widespread in Moscow. The growing number of construction sites is associated with the economic and social processes that occur in the country. Developers and potential buyers of real estate should know some of the current legal regulations, design standards, demand statistics, offers and prospective locations for a given type of property. This can guarantee the beneficial allocation of investors’ capital in the construction and purchase of apartment buildings.
