The article contains a kind of handbook treating about the basis of Air Force logistics theory. It is aimed at approaching the reader and enabling explicit understanding of terms, definitions, rules, principles and processes relating to Air Force logistics and also it is to prove that logistics is a study and, more than others, an interdisciplinary one. The article also presents conditions to be fulfilled so that logistics activity was effective as a process occurring in a system.
