In modern conditions the possible instability of the economy particularly relevant question in the assessment of business mergers and acquisitions organizations is presented. Perspective (a priori) estimate the value of mergers and acquisitions (accounting, marketing, and a combined approach) and their retrospective evaluation. Sources of synergies and the order of their formation were disscused.
