Ciągłe doskonalenie jakości. Gdy ISO 9001:2015 już nie wystarcza

Według „ISO Survey 2017” na świecie funkcjonuje ponad półtora miliona certyfikatów zgodności z normami ISO, z czego ponad milion to certyfikaty na zgodność z normą ISO 9001. Zasadniczo studia nad efektywnością wdrażania systemów zarządzania jakością według normy ISO 9001 [6 ][1 0][12] wykazują, że wprowadzenie takiego systemu przynosi w większości pozytywne efekty zarówno w ujęciu organizacyjnym, jak i ekonomicznym. Pomimo tego wyklarował się w 2017 roku ujemny trend w liczbie ważnych certyfikatów zgodności z tym systemem. Co prawda globalny spadek wyniósł 4%, lecz na poszczególnych kontynentach oscylował od 11 do 16%. Wyjątkiem były kraje Wschodniej Azji i Pacyfiku, gdzie jedynie w tym regionie odnotowano 7% wzrost. Jedną z przyczyn spadku popularności certyfikacji systemów zarządzania na zgodność z normą ISO 9001 jest wdrażanie i certyfikacja bardziej szczegółowych i restrykcyjnych systemów zarządzania na zgodność z alternatywnymi normami do normy ISO 90 01 [17]. Inny trend to wdrażanie systemów zarządzania, gdzie system zarządzania jakością zgodny z normą ISO 9001 jest tylko częścią systemu, natomiast posiada większą liczbę norm. Poniższe opracowanie stanowi studium wdrażania zintegrowanego systemu zarządzania i certyfikacji jego części dotyczącej jakości na normę EN 9100:2016/AS 9100D w firmie Zakłady Mechaniczne Kazimieruk sp. z o.o. sp. k. W poniższym opracowaniu przedstawiono standard EN 9100:2016/AS 9100D, jego zasięg oraz przesłanki, zagrożenia, proces, trudności, korzyści z wdrażania powyższego systemu.

According to “ISO Survey 2017”, there are over one and a half million valid ISO certificates in the world, more than one million are the certificates for compliance with ISO 9001. In general, studies on the effectiveness of the implementation of the quality management systems according to the ISO 9001 [1][4][5] show that the implementation of the system mostly brings positive effects both in organizational and economic terms. Despite this, a negative trend in the number of valid certificates of the compliance with that system has cleared up in 2017. The global decline in the number of valid ISO 9001 certificates has reached 4%, but on the individual continents has fluctuated from 11 to 16%. The exception was East Asia–Pacific countries, that was the only region that has achieved 7% increase in the number of certificates. One of the reasons for the decline in the popularity of the management system certification for compliance with the ISO 9001 standard is the implementation and certification of more detailed and restrictive management systems for compliance with alternative standards to the ISO 9001 system [3]. Another trend is the implementation of management systems where a quality management system compliant with the ISO 9001 standard is only a part, but it has a larger number, the following study is a study on the implementation of the integrated management and certification system of its quality section in the compliance to the EN 9100:2016/ AS 9100D in the company Zakłady Mechaniczne Kazimieruk sp. z o.o sp.k. The following paper presents the standard EN 9100:2016/AS 9100D, its scope and premises, threats, process, difficulties, benefits of implementing the above system.
