Celem podjętych badań było ustalenie przesłanek rzutujących na wprowadzenie strategii TQM wśród przedsiębiorstw budowlanych. Kwestionariusz ankiety został wysłany do 92 menedżerów z 29 firm budowlanych i otrzymano 76 prawidłowo wypełnionych formularzy. W badaniach wykorzystano test Cronbach α i równania strukturalne. Na podstawie badań należy stwierdzić, że przewaga konkurencyjna i skuteczność działania są przesłankami wprowadzenia strategii TQM wśród przedsiębiorstw budowlanych.

The aim of this study was to identify the factors fostering implementation of TQM strategy among construction companies. The questionnaire was spread among 92 managers of 29 construction companies. 76 properly filled up questionnaires were sent back. Cronbach α test and structural equations were used. Based upon the results it should be stated that ability of competitive advantage and successful operations are the requirements for implementing the TQM strategy among construction companies.
