The article deals with the issue of logistic control of stocks in an agribusiness company. The area of consideration includes an attempt to assess the influence of the volumes of the maintained material stocks on the economic effectiveness of the studied company. In order to assess the economic effectiveness of the studied company, a modified logistic Du Pont model has been developed, which allows to assess the influence of the maintained stocks on the shifts in ROE. Two models of controlling stocks – the fixed-point of ordering model and the fixed-cycle of ordering model have also been discussed.
