Abstrakty

Artykuł zawiera opis technologii katalogowych baz danych. Omówiony został sposób zapisu informacji oraz podstawowe funkcjonalności katalogowych baz danych. Zawarto również rozważania odnośnie możliwości wykorzystania tej technologii jako rozproszonej bazy danych do gromadzenie dokumentacji generowanej w Państwowej Straży Pożarnej.

This article describes Directory Service technology. Data allocation and main functionality has reviewed. It also contains analyzes regarding possibilities of implementation of this technology as Distributed Database for documentation generated in Fire Service.
