Zarządzanie łańcuchem dostaw umożliwia małym i średnim firmom prowadzenie właściwego planowania, wytwarzania i dystrybucji wytwarzanych produktów i usług. Sprzyja to podniesieniu zadowolenia klientów, a tym samym przyczynia się do wzrostu wydajności firmy. Zatem celem artykułu jest przybliżenie zagadnień związanych z koncepcja zintegrowanego zarządzania globalnym łańcuchem dostaw, która jest ściśle związana z zarządzaniem logistycznym. Problemy te, w tym artykule, są rozpatrywane z punktu widzenia małych i średnich dostawców dóbr usług.

Supply chain management enables small and medium businesses to carry out proper planning, production and distribution of manufactured products and services. This is conducive to increasing customer satisfaction, and thus contributes to increased efficiency. Thus the objective of the article is to present issues related to the concept of an integrated global supply chain management, which is closely related to the management of logistics. In this paper these problems are considered from the perspective of small and medium-sized suppliers of goods and services.
