PL

Międzynarodowe Stowarzyszenie Armatorów (IMCA) prowadzi rejestr zdarzeń wypadkowych ze statków z systemami dynamicznego pozycjonowania (DP) oraz co rok publikuje raport podsumowujący. Służy on analizie zaistniałych zdarzeń, która pozwala na zmianę przepisów i wymagań dla statków z systemami DP. Ze względu na dynamiczny rozwój sektora offshorowego umożliwia to poprawę odpowiedniego doboru urządzeń i wyposażenia statków, przeszkolenie na symulatorach operatorów systemów DP, a zarazem pozwoliło to na stworzenie procedur reagowania w stanach zagrożenia zejściem z pozycji lub kursu. W artykule podjęto próbę analizy wybranych zdarzeń, pod kątem oceny jakości raportów i wniosków z nich wypływających. Ważną rolę odgrywa tu automatyczna rejestracja sytuacji na statku, która przynajmniej częściowo uniemożliwia ingerowanie załogi w interpretację zdarzeń.

International Maritime Contractors Association (IMCA) conducts a register of accidents on ships equipped in dynamic positional systems (DP) and published an annually final report. It serves the analysis of ensuing accidents which allows on the regulations change and requirements for ships with DP systems. Due to dynamic development of the offshore market it allows the improvement of proper equipment choice and ship’s fittings, the training of DP operators on simulators and allows the forming of procedures in emergency states with ship’s getting off from position or heading. In the paper the probe of analysis of chosen accidents for evaluation the report quality and final remarks is considered. The important role is the automatic register of situation on ships which couldn’t allow the crew for the interpretation (at least partially) of the incidents.
