Niniejszy artykuł powstał na bazie badań przeprowadzonych w ramach realizacji projektu pn. Aktywizacja społeczności lokalnej w projektach rozwoju obszarów wiejskich współfinansowanego ze środków Unii Europejskiej w ramach Schematu II Pomocy Technicznej „Krajowa Sieć Obszarów Wiejskich” Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich na lata 2014-2020. Głównym celem projektu była poprawa wykorzystania potencjału społeczności lokalnej w projektach rozwoju obszarów wiejskich poprzez pozyskiwanie informacji od mieszkańców wsi na temat uwarunkowań przyrodniczo- -kulturowych, przy wykorzystaniu innowacyjnych rozwiązań. W artykule przedstawiono nowe sposoby podejmowania dialogu z uczestnikami scaleń gruntów na wczesnych etapach prac scaleniowych oraz doświadczenia z testowania aplikacji na urządzenia mobilne LC-CApp (z ang. Land Consolidation Crowdsourcing Application), opartej na idei crowdsourcingu, podczas warsztatów z uczestnikami scaleń gruntów.

This paper is based upon research carried out as part of the project entitled Activation of the local community in rural development projects co-financed by the European Union under Scheme II Technical Assistance "National Rural Network" for the years 2014-2020. The main objective of the project was to unlock the local community's potential in rural development projects by obtaining information from rural residents on the natural and cultural conditions of the area, using innovative solutions. The article presents new ways of engaging in dialogue with the participants of land consolidation process at the early stages of the planning works and the experience of testing the LC-CApp (Land Consolidation Crowdsourcing Application) for mobile devices, based on the idea of crowdsourcing, as part of workshops with the participants of the land consolidation process.
