Abstrakty
The article is aimed on the structural analysis of a modified freight wagon bogie. It presents results of unfavourable load cases, at which values of loads were determined based on the standard. The introductory part presents the idea of the modification of a bogie frame. Next part is focused on the structural analyses, i.e. modal and strength analyses. Simulation computations were carried using the FE method. Further, there are described conditions for a bogie approval and mainly load cases which every bogie must meet for commissioning. We have loaded the bogie frame in compliance with the standard by four unfavourable load cases. Finally, results from strength analyses are shown and compared with the estimated criteria.
Artykuł prezentuje analizę strukturalną ramy zmodyfikowanego wózka wagonu towarowego. Przedstawiono wyniki niekorzystnych przypadków obciążeń, dla których wartości obciążeń zostały określone na podstawie normy. Wprowadzenie przedstawia ideę modyfikacji ramy wózka. Kolejna część koncentruje się na analizach strukturalnych, tj. analizach modalnych i wytrzymałościowych. Obliczenia symulacyjne przeprowadzono przy użyciu metody Elementów Skończonych. Ponadto opisane są warunki mocowania wózka i głównie przypadki obciążenia, które każdy wózek musi spełniać podczas rozruchu. Rama wózka była obciążona zgodnie z normą czterema niekorzystnymi przypadkami obciążenia. Na końcu pokazano wyniki z analiz wytrzymałościowych i porównano je z wartościami dopuszczalnymi.
