Return Management in Supply Chain

Abstrakty
Management of returns (return management) attracts the attention of both theorists and practitioners of management. There are important issues related to the effectiveness of the management process, as well as the reasons for returns, effective return policy implementation and its impact on the profitability of sales, customer service and the relationship between these categories. No one disputes the fact that the return of the goods is not a necessary evil and the problem to be avoided. Efficient management of returned products leads to cost savings, and can be a source of additional revenue. Discussed in this article, there are three issues: the reasons for returns in the supply chain management of returns as a process of formal models of SCM and the possibility of reducing returns.
