This work presents a coupled static finite element analysis of a vibration energy harvester of electromechanical type. The computations are carried out using the elaborated computer programs for solution of the coupled magnetostatic and linear elastic problems using the finite element method. The governing equations are derived from the Ampère law and the Timoshenko beam theory. The results of computations compare well with measurements carried out on the laboratory test-rig.
