Celem opracowania jest ustalenie, czy subsydia z funduszy ekologicznych i funduszy zagranicznych mogą być środkiem przełamywania barier zrównoważonego rozwoju i ochrony zasobów naturalnych.

Diversity of processes of the economic management of modern and their excessive nuisance to the environment became a reason for the development new growth directions. Overcoming the limitations of taking into account the assumptions of sustainable development in government policies and programs, and their later realization are possible by public instruments. This study attempts to determine in which areas the new green economic order fosters “greening-up” the economy of the European Union and Poland, and whether public subsidies promote low-carbon economy and break down the barriers of sustainable development?
