The Institute for Sustainable Technologies-NRI in Radom has started a project aiming at the development of the device for assembly of the miniature integrated circuits in RFID systems with use of gluing method. The modular construction and variable configuration of the machine allow flexible adaptation of the used assembly technique and application of the machine for research and development as well as for short-series production of the electronic security elements. At the current stage of works the concept of the device was developed and the construction documentation prepared for the mechanic modules and electronic control circuit.
