The article presents the assurance problems of the required capacity of machine cylindrical parts assembly process, which is realized on the robotizationed assembly position. In the article the most popular methods for fixing the capacity process coefficient Cp are presented. On this base the own methods of fixing this index are proposed. In the last part of the article the values of capacity process coefficient Cp are compared with computer simulation results.
