The results of roller burnishing parameters analyse are presented in this paper. To analyse Taguchi method was used. Basing on this method it was found that strongest influence (in tested area of parameters changes) on roller burnished surface roughness after roller burnishing has previous surface roughness and treated material hardness (heat treatment). This factors have the least resistance to process disturbances too.
