Geometry and techology of cone worms is very complicated. ln process of transformation of plastic in extruding machines in cone-shaped two-worms, gear about rolls meshing not tight to capacity essential are suitable margins. Distance of qualification these of margins one should mark surfaces and profiles of worms in function their of parameters constructional and technological. There is a specific value of horizontal shift (for the taper end mill during machine cutting the worm) for which the values of worm recess profile deviations from straight line are minimum. For other values of horizontal shift, worm axial profile deviations from straight line increase and may be either negative or positive (concave or convex profile).
