The paper presents possibilities and examples of an extended interpretation of ground penetrating radar surveys, based on integration of an advanced radargram filtering program and specialized graphical, CAD and GIS programs. The process of aquisition of a 3D model of detected structures with the program Reflex W is discussed, together with the possibility of radargram calibration to metric images using MicroStation programs and the IrasC application. The AutoCAD program is presented as a tool for combination with a map of both raster radar images of subsurface structures and images vectorized in the ReflexW program.
