Automation of the static gravity meters calibration

Precise determination of the gravity meter coefficient ought to be performed to allow monitoring of the geodynamic monitoring of a hydro-technical construction. The capacity to automate coefficient determination by two methods is discussed in the paper. The first one is the method using gravity calibration base-lines. The second one is the tilt method which may be performed in laboratory conditions. The software CECH5 and GRAWKAL were prepared in the Institute of Geodesy and Geodetic Astronomy WUT operating on a PSION ORGANISER microcomputer for the automation of both calibration methods. This software provides, besides registration of readings, field data processing computation of tidal corrections, drift and altitude evaluation. Field experiments confirmed the efficiency of the procedures and the precision obtained.
