High-efficiency processes of laminate application of the surface layers have been examined: electro-magnetic surfacing, inductional surfacing of submersion, laser and electron beam flashing, ion deposition of coatings. It is shawn, that the use of self-organization of surface phenomena allows in direct growing of machine element to form up layers of definite thickness on the whole com-pound-contour surface and to control the provision of material properties with energy fluxes in a technological range of power density. The tendencies of developing the technologies of direct growing of machine elements with the controlled formation of material properties in perspective have been planned.
