The paper concerns the analytical describing of vertical displacement of engineering constructions on the basis leveling measurement bunch marks.The paper considers keeping up the building foundation as a uniform rigid body in variants; lack subsidence, steady and irregular subsidence. Also presented is manner investigation that the whole foundation after subsidence is a homogenous rigid body. In the paper an example is given which illustrates theoretical consideration.
