The object of the present paper is to investigate some properties and characteristics of the subclasses summation n,p (alpha) and [...]n,p (alpha) of meromorphically p-valent functions in the annulus U ={z :0 <\z\ <1}. We also study certain integrals of functions belonging to these classes.
