THE INSTITUTE OF AVIATION is the research and development centre of Polish Aerospace Industry established in 1926. It is the state organised unit registered in the research and development unit register. The Ministry of Economy is our supervisor and State Committee for Scientific Research supports us. The scientific group consists of 12 professors, 10 assistant professors, and 300 engineers and technicians. 14 specialist are doctors qualified as assistant professors and 57 doctors of science.
