W artykule przedstawiono ostatnie doniesienia na temat obowiązujących od l lipca 2006 r. dokumentach europejskich i krajowych, implementujących dyrektywę RoHS do praktyki w Polsce. Szczegółowo omówiono wyłączenia z dyrektywy oraz co to znaczy "bycie zgodnym z dyrektywą". W szczegółach omówiono normy lub projekty norm, dotyczące deklaracji materiałowych oraz metod badań substancji niebezpiecznych objętych dyrektywą.

The latest situation of the EU and Polish documents implemented RoHS Directive to the practices from 1 July 2006 is presented in the article. The exemptions from regulation and what does it mean "be compliance with directive" are also discussed. Recommended Standards for compliance with directive e.g. Material declarations and investigation methods of hazardous substances banned by RoHS Directive is presented in details.
