System sterowania i regulacji P400 jest produktem rozwijanym i oferowanym przez firmę ALSTOM Power. Modułowa i otwarta architektura systemu oparta jest na nowoczesnych sterownikach programowalnych PLC oraz PAC firmy GE Fanuc. Wszystkie komponenty systemu P400 są dostępne na otwartym rynku. Konfiguracja sterowników systemu oferowana Jest w wersji redundowanej lub nieredundowanej z możliwością cyfrowej komunikacji ze stacją operatorską systemu P400-HMI lub nadrzędnym systemem sterowania innych firm. P400-TCS (Turbine Control System) składa się z elektronicznego regulatora turbiny (P400-CLC), elektronicznego układu zabezpieczeń turbiny (P400-PRO) oraz z układu sterowania urządzeniami pomocniczymi turbiny (P400-OLC). Programowanie oraz konfiguracja systemu odbywa się za pomocą oprogramowania narzędziowego pracującego na komputerze z systemem operacyjnym Windows NT/2000/XP (P400-ENG). Standardową cechą systemu jest możliwość zdalnego wsparcia technicznego oraz diagnostyki poprzez łącze Internetowe lub Modem. Każdy system, przed wysyłką na miejsce instalacji, testowany jest w laboratorium ALSTOM Power przy pomocy specjalnego symulatora procesu. Poniższy referat przedstawia typową architekturę systemu P400-TCS, koncepcję redundancji, układu zabezpieczeń turbiny oraz symulatora procesu sprawdzającego funkcjonalność całego układu podczas odbiorowych testów fabrycznych.
The P400 Power Plant Control System was developed and is being offered by ALSTOM Power. It is a modular and open architecture control system based on industry standard state-of-the-art GE Fanuc PAC and PLC products. All components of the P400 system are available on the open market. The controllers are offered in both redundant and non-redundant configurations and may be coupled with a modern operator interface platform (HMI). The P400-TCS (Turbine Control System) encompasses the turbine controller (P400-CLC), turbine protection (P400-PRO) and auxiliaries' controller (P400-OLC). Programming and configuration is accomplished through a software application running on a Windows NT/2000/XP based computer (P400-ENG). Remote support/diagnostics through an Internet or Modem connection is a standard feature of the system. Each system is tested in ALSTOM's manufacturing facility with a process simulator before shipment to the site. This paper will present a typical architecture of the P400-TCS, redundancy concept, turbine protection system and the simulator used for testing of each system during the factory acceptance test.
