The paper presents the satellite navigation concepts for immediate implementation. The Polish Radionavigation Plan is a review of existing radionavigation systems used in air, land marine navigation are planned RTK DGPS reference, permanent stations. RTK DGPS has been recently started in Poland. The system is designed for both military and civil users. It is to fulfil demands of the Polish aviation for precise navigation in every conditionses of weather. The system is envisaged to be applied also to land navigation for public services. RTK DGPS will be be origin Polish Precise Active Positioning System. 11. PROBLEMS:
