Abstrakty

EN

The weakness of analytical methods of conductance calculations from the point of view of precision needed for metrological purposes is shown at the beginning of the paper. To eliminate the simplifications of analytical models Monte Carlo (MC) method is proposed to solve the problem of correction factors calculation with very smali uncertainties. The important details of computer program are given in the paper as a necessary condition to obtain the high precision computation. The results of MC simulation with reference to the calculations based on the analytical models were also described.
