We investigated cold electron emission from C60/C70+Ni films deposited on fused silica and molybdenum substrates. Films were characterised before and after electron emission measurements by TEM, ED, SEM and EDS. Films were composed of nanocrystalline Ni objects dispersed in carbon/fullerrenes matrix. I-V characteristics for electron emission obtained in diode geometry for several films with various Ni contents (3 - 12wt% of. Ni) exhibited the dependence on Ni contents. The bias voltage applied along the surface enhanced electron emission from films with Ni contents higher than 3wt% and caused the formation of conducting paths in films with 3wt% of Ni.
