PL

W niniejszej rozprawie przedstawiono metodykę eksploatacji układów dystrybucji wody (UD W). Analiza struktur procesu eksploatacyjnego oraz dobór właściwej konfiguracji zbiorów elementów poszczególnych podsystemów systemu eksploatacji UDW, to główne techniki systemowego podejścia metodycznego prezentowanego w pracy problemu. Z ich pomocą doprowadzono do efektywnego ujęcia i przejrzystego, uproszczonego przedstawienia wielkiej złożoności rzeczywistości eksploatacyjnej układu dystrybucji wody. Jednocześnie podjęto próbę opanowania i uporządkowania tej złożoności przez: - agregację elementów w podsystemach, - hierarchizację elementów i powiązań w poszczególnych podsystemach, - umiejscowienie podsystemów i uwypuklenie ich relacji w systemie eksploatacji układów dystrybucji wody, - pominięcie nieistotnych części elementów rzeczywistości eksploatacyjnej, - pominięcie nieistotnych powiązań. Materiał zawarty w pracy oparty jest na własnych obserwacjach i przeprowadzonych badaniach oraz długoletnim doświadczeniu autora w zakresie eksploatacji układów dystrybucji wody. Przeprowadzona w rozprawie analiza systemu eksploatacji układów dystrybucji wody umożliwia poznanie struktur budowy poszczególnych podsystemów, powiązań ich elementów składowych i celów, jakie system powinien realizować. Proponowana metodyka pozwala na osiągnięcie wymiernych efektów w zakresie eksploatacji UDW, wśród których na uwagę zasługują przede wszystkim dwa podstawowe elementy, a mianowicie: - podwyższenie niezawodności funkcjonowania i bezpieczeństwa działania oraz - obniżenie kosztów działalności eksploatacyjnej. Zaprezentowane w pracy przykłady zastosowania metodyki eksploatacji układów dystrybucji wody w ujęciu systemowym potwierdzają jej utylitarny charakter. Są one jednocześnie klasycznymi przykładami teoretycznymi "wzrostu" systemu eksploatacji UDW, przy czym użyte w tym wypadku pojęcie "wzrostu" oznacza powiększenie liczby części składowych i elementów, rozbudowę liczby powiązań oraz struktur hierarchicznych rozpatrywanego systemu. Natomiast konieczność opracowania metodyki eksploatacji układów dystrybucji wody na użytek praktyki, inaczej mówiąc o charakterze inżynierskim wynika z dwóch zasadniczych względów, a mianowicie: - z powodu braku dotychczas opracowań w ujęciu całościowym zagadnień eksploatacji wyżej wspomnianych układów oraz.z potrzeby podbudowy naukowej praktycznej działalności w zakresie eksploatacji omawianego układu. W niniejszej rozprawie zgromadzono rzetelną wiedzę, na podstawie której zbudowano ogólną, stosowalną metodykę eksploatacji układów dystrybucji wody polegającą na uporządkowaniu i skonfrontowaniu dorobku różnych dyscyplin naukowych. Wypełnia ona lukę, jaka istnieje w zakresie nowoczesnej eksploatacji UDW, opartej o solidną podbudowę naukową.

This dissertation presents the methodology of exploitation of water distribution systems. An analysis of structures of the exploitation process, and selection of a proper configuration of sets of elements of particular subsystems of the system of exploitation of water distribution systems, WDS, are the main techniques of the methodological systemie approach to the problem being presented in the work. With their help, it was brought to an effective treatise and clear, simplified presentation of a great complexity of the exploitation reality of the water distribution system. At the same time, an attempt was undertaken to control and overcome of this complexity through: - aggregation of elements in subsystems, - hierarchic arrangement of elements and connections within particular subsystems, - placement of the subsystems, and emphasising their relations within the system of exploitation of water distribution systems, - abandonment of unimportant parts of elements of the reality, - abandonment of unimportant connections. The material included in the work is based on author's own observations and surveys carried out, as well as on his many-year experience in the area of water distribution systems exploitation. The analysis of the system of exploitation of water-pipe networks, carried out in the dissertation, allows to learn the structures of construction of particular subsystems construction, connections of their composite elements and objectives this system has to meet. The proposed methodology allows to achieve measurable effects as regards exploitation of water distribution systems, among which, first of all two basic elements deserve a particular attention, namely: - increase in reliability of systems functioning and safety of operation, and - decrease of costs of exploitation operation. The examples of use of the methodology of exploitation of water distribution systems in the systemic approach, presented in the dissertation, prove also its utilitarian nature. They are, at the same time, ciassic theoretical examples for a 'growth' of the system of WDS exploitation, and the term 'growth' used here means an emargement of the number of components and elements, extension of the number of connections and hierarchical structures of the system in question. And the necessity to work out a methodology of exploitation of water distribution systems for practical use, in other words, of an engineering nature, issues from the two basic reasons, namely: - due to the hitherto lack of comprehensive treatises of problems of exploitation of the above mentioned systems, and - from the need in scientific underpinning of practical activities in the area of exploitation of the system in question. This dissertation comprises a thorough knowledge, on which grounds the general applicable methodology for exploitation of water distribution systems, consisting in arrangement and confrontation of achievements of various scientific disciplines, is built up. It narrows the gap that has existed in the area of an up-to-date exploitation of WDS, based on a solid scientific back-ground.
