High reliability belongs to one of the most important requirements for operation of technical work. Detection of actual operational state can us serve for estimation this reliability by technical diagnostic. We must find the quantity which is able of statement about state of functional properties. We must be able to measure this quantity and set its bounds. We look for such quantity in our work which is generated during operation of the device.
