The aim of the paper is to present the rezults of regulating characteristics of non-salient pole synchronous generator research If non-salient synchronous generator works at autonomous duty and it*s load is variable size, regulating characteristics can be obtain if voltage is constant. This condition may be achieve by control of exciting current It was proved that regulating characteristics is hyperbolae.The top point of hyperbolae lies on the ellipse.length of axes which depend on the voltage, the resistance and reactance of generator armature and on magnetizaion characteristic parameters too. It was shown that voltage resonance in armature phase takes a place at top points of regulating characteristics when the load is capacitive.
