W artykule przedstawiono wyniki analizy techniczno-ekonomicznej przyszłej eksploatacji rud srebra ze Srebrnej Żyły w złożu Maria w Roźńovie w Słowacji. Analizę tę przeprowadzono w Zakładzie Górnictwa i Geotechniki Politechniki Koszyckiej w oparciu o badania modelowe natury geomechanicznej oraz symulację kosztów wydobycia. Posługując się metodą elementów skończonych zbudowano numeryczny model górotworu w rejonie Srebrnej Żyły i badano rozkład naprężeń i przemieszczeń górotworu dla dwóch wariantów eksploatacji rudy bez podsadzania wybranych pustek. Rozważając możliwość pozostawiania technologicznych filarów bezpieczeństwa lub tzw. filarów przegradzających, badano, które z tych rozwiązań sprzyja zwiększeniu stateczności wyrobisk górniczych i zmniejszeniu deformacji powierzchni terenu. Biorąc pod uwagę wyniki badań nad zachowaniem się górotworu wykonano również komputerową symulację przyszłej eksploatacji, poszukując systemu optymalnego z punktu widzenia minimalizacji kosztów przy założeniu rocznego wydobycia w ilości 120 000 t.
The article presents the results of technical-economic analysis of future exploitation of silver ore from Silver Vcin in Maria deposit at Rosnov in Slovakia. The analysis has been conducted at the Mining and Geotechnical Workshop of the Koszyce Technical University on the basis of model investigations of geomechanical nature and simulation of production costs. Using the method of final elements a numerical model of the strata has been constructed representing the strata in the area of Silver Vcin and the distribution of stresses has been investigated as well as transfers within the strata for the two alternatives of the ore exploitation without backfilling of the excavated voids. Considering the possibility of leaving of technological safety pillars or the so-called partition pillars the authors investigated which of the solutions favours the increase of workings stability and decrease in deformation of the surface. Taking into account the results of the investigations on behaviour of the strata a computer simulation was prepared of the future exploitation, searching the optimum system from the viewpoint of costs minimisation with the assumption of the annual output in the volume of 120 000 tonnes.
