PL

W artykule przedstawiono metodę efektywnego wytwarzania w systemach współbieżnej produkcji wieloasortymentowej. Analizowany jest problem przyjmowania zleceń do systemu tak, by zapewnić spodziewany poziom efektywności jego funkcjonowania. Przedstawiona metoda sprowadza się do dwuetapowej weryfikacji. Pierwszy z etapów polega na sprawdzeniu warunków wystarczających, gwarantujących funkcjonowanie systemu, drugi zaś na obliczeniu wskaźników jego funkcjonowania (efektywności). Przedstawiona metodyka jest podstawą utworzenia systemu weryfikacji zleceń. Przedstawiono przykład ilustrujący.

In the paper the approach to the effective manufacturing in the system of multi-assortment cyclic production is presented. The problem of the production order acceptance assuring expected level of efficiency of the system is analysed. Presented method consists of verification in two levels. The first one is verification of sufficient conditions, the second one is accounting the efficiency of the system. The solution's variants depending of alternative routes of processes is analysed as well.
