PL

Koncepcja JIT jest obecnie bardzo popularną metodą planowania i kontroli produkcji. Odnosi się do całego obszaru przepływu materiałowego, poczynając od dostawców poprzez rzeczywistą produkcję, aż po dostawy wyrobów gotowych do ich odbiorców. Praktyka przedsiębiorstw wdrażających JIT wskazuje na konieczność zidentyfikowania kluczowych czynników, warunkujących jego efektywność. Autorki artykułu, wykorzystując wyniki badań empirycznych, opartych na doświadczeniach kilkudziesięciu amerykańskich firm, podjęły próbę wyróżnienia takich czynników ze wskazaniem siły ich wpływu na skuteczność działania nie tylko systemu JIT, ale całego przedsiębiorstwa.

JIT conception is the very popular planning and control method of manufacturing in nowadays. This method related to the whole production area; to begin with the delivers area through manufacturing until sale of finished goods and their inventory. Many organization's experiences in implementation of JIT indicate that there are key factors which influence on JIT efficiency. Authors of this paper analysed solutions of empirical investigation, had made in several American organizations and tried to distinguish the key factors and their influence on success -not only JIT philosophy but the whole organization.
