Abstrakty

EN

After the introduction there is described a technical strategy of company with focus on central importance of knowledge for value of firm. Measures of technical strategy used for comparison and valuation of different companies are shown too. An innovation activity is characterized and terms: innovation, diffusion and technology transfer are formulated as next. New meaning of the role of science and technique as well as stages of science politics in fully developed and developing countries is presented. In conclusions there are described some instruments of innovation and economic politics, that should be used in Polish terms.
