Abstrakty
The aim of this paper is finding the answer on the following question: In what way can Polish productive enterprise change its organizational structure to be able to realize efficiently marketing process according to rules of modern marketing orientation? The authoress presented the own proposals of organizational changes which had evolutionary character. Their implementation could influence in positive way on increase of competitiveness of many Polish firms not only researched ones. Particular pressure was put on the last stage of organizational changes which related to creating the structure based on complete processes because procesual perspective in activity of firm makes it possible to satisfy the customer's needs much better than in the case of the classic functional approach.
