The functioning of companies in market economy conditions requires managers with excellent knowledge of many specific problems. Thus the great interest in courses on marketing, finance and other- specific for market economy- disciplines (like informatics, banking. insurance, quality, etc.) only confirms this tendency. Another problem is high school graduates' self- improvement. Having graduated years ago, they need to improve then qualifications nowadays. This article presents what the Institute of Organization of Production Systems at Warsaw University of Technology has to offer to high schools' graduates who want to improve their qualifications in post- graduate causes.
