PL

Metoda płytkowa jest standardową metodą oznaczania poziomu zanieczyszczeń mikrobiologicznych w produktach żywnościowych. Metoda Kocha opisana już w 1885 r., ulepszona przez Breeda i Dottere'a w 1916 r., do dziś stanowi powszechnie stosowany, prosty i jednocześnie najbardziej precyzyjny pomiar ilości drobnoustrojów zdolnych do wzrostu na pożywkach agarowych.
