Duże straty wydajności w produkcji papierów i tektur powstają na skutek trudności z odbiorem wstęgi w części prasowej maszyny papierniczej. Wprowadzenie programu Shee Tracker (urządzenie śledzące) jest bardzo pomocne w poprawianiu sprawności operacyjnej maszyny papierniczej. W programie stosuje się oryginalne produkty chemiczne, innowacyjne zastosowanie technologii oraz laserowy czujnik w linii produkcyjnej, które służą do dokładnego monitorowania i poprawiania odbioru wstęgi z walców prasowych.

Many paper makers today experience important efficiency losses due to sheet release problems in the press section. Current industry trends like increasing paper machine speeds, new roll materials, lower quality furnishes, and the use of less fresh water are factors that make sheet release even more difficult to manage. The introduction of the SheeTracker programme has proven to help improve paper machine operational efficiency. The programme uses unique product chemistries, innovative application technology and an on-line laser sensor device to accurately monitor and improve the release of the sheet from the press section rolls.
