W opracowaniu zostaje podjęta próba znalezienia odpowiedzi na pytanie, czym jest stres i jakie są jego źródła. Jedną z istotnych przyczyn owego stresu może się stać praca zawodowa i czynniki bezpośrednio z nią związane, w tym także realizacja kariery zawodowej

In this paper an effort is made to answer the question what a stress is and what are its causes. Are of the reason of it seams to be professional work and factors directly combined with it as well as realization of career management.
