W niniejszym opracowaniu przedstawiono istotę i potrzebę restrukturyzacji we współczesnych przedsiebiorstwach przemysłowych. Zaprezentowano również podstawowe obszary i kadrowe uwarunkowania procesu restrukturyzacji. W drugiej części poruszono problem restrukturyzacji organizacyjnej w polskich przedsiębiorstwach.

The following paper presents the essence and the need of restructuring in modern industrial enterprises. Special attention has been paid to basic areas of restructuring and personnel conditions of this process. In the second part of this paper the problem of organisational restructuring in Polish enterprises has been discussed. The analysis of these issues indicates wide changes in the present structural present solutions in industrial enterprises.
