In the paper a proposal for modeling of the Quality of Service requirements for e-Business transactions between the service requestor and the service providers by usage of fuzzy methods is introduced. The results achieved by the usage of the proposed method may be applied for formulating of the contracts in the according Service Level Agreements and also applied for the aims of the dynamic service ranking or information publishing for Web services.
