Abstrakty

The paper describes the Monte Carlo simulation model to study the influence of the forecasted demographic and epidemiological changes on the access to emergency medical care. Based on the former research directed towards the application of simulation methodology to study the decision problems in health care systems, the basic assumptions of Monte Carlo model in spreadsheet are presented, the process of conducting credible simulation experiments is described and the analysis of the forecasted trends influence on the access to emergency services is described.
