The mathematical model of Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) for power plant simulations is presented and described. Three systems included SOFC are presented and main parameters of one (HS-II) of them are shown. The influence of working pressure of hybrid system is shown. The ultra high efficiency (65 % HHV, 72 % LHV) of electricity production seems to be possible by systems like these. The high electricity production efficiency could be needed by future system of power distribution: Distributed Generation (DG).
