Abstrakty
In today's world, big companies, small business and even a single man to maintain his position need to use informatics systems effectively. The success depends on effectiveness and reliability of used systems and organization that uses them. Every organization can posses informatics system in two different ways: by creating the system from beginning or by buying one. In both cases there's no chance of success without user. The user contribution is different in each phases of development, nevertheless its good to make user participating in the process from the beginning. In this paper I assume that defining users informatics needs and creating logic model are the phases of analysis of informatics system. Result of mine analysis is identification of users informatics needs in following structures: - functional - function and purpose of the system, its connection with other systems - informative - input and output data and relation between them - technical - software and hardware Analysis is a necessary stage of creation of Informatics Systems of Management, deciding of correctness of future system. In my paper I will show: 1. Methods and purpose of analysis of informatics system. 2. Structural techniques of modeling informatics system in aspect of: - analysis of informatics' needs of users, - modeling system functions, - modeling system processes, - modeling data. 3. Results of using structuring analysis techniques Every system need to be analyzed during design phase. Success of analysis depends on following elements: - participation of competent people, - complete recognition of users needs, finding situation strange and atypical, - use of established standards and notation in specification of system model, - correctness check of the model by users of the system Analysis is source of 56% of all errors in informatics systems which create 82% of all errors costs. These facts force programmers and users to intensive work on improving systems analysis.
